Your music stays yours. Everything you upload — songs, lyrics, artwork, all of it — stays your property, always. Nothing here transfers ownership, ever.
Who can use stelohapp. The platform is for users 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may not use it.
No AI training. Your music is never used to train AI, in any form. This platform does not condone the use of AI in music.
Your account is private. The operator does not look at or listen to your catalog. The one exception: when you file a report or ticket asking for help, that request is the permission to look at what the report is about.
Fair use of storage. Unlimited uploads means unlimited songs — not an unlimited hard drive. If an account’s storage use is abusive (mass duplicates, non-music file hoarding), it can be limited after a heads-up.
Early access is curated. While the platform is in early access, applications are reviewed by hand and not every application is accepted right away. Accepted or not, your application information is only used to run the platform.
Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, email support@stelohapp.com — your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew. If a charge ever happens that shouldn't have, email us and we'll refund it.
